Have you considered the length of the tiny house you want? All our houses have the same height and width.

Do you have a budget in mind? Would you like help with financing? There are lending companies available, but they require a steady income and good credit.

Have you found a location for your tiny house yet? If you don’t own land, you might be able to rent a spot.

Do you have a preferred move-in date for your tiny house? Please note that it takes 6 to 12 months from the time of order, and we do not deliver in December, January, or February.
