After the initial assessment for feasibility, the next step is to create a contract. The fee for the contract is $500 and will be deducted from the final cost of the house. In this process, we consult you through initial stages of design through email and phone correspondence. This involves deciding on the size, layout, materials, on/off grid capabilities, bathroom facilities, etc.. The contract will outline general design, cost, timeline, and payment schedule.
After signing the final contract, your building spot will be guaranteed once we have received the first 3rd of the total cost of the house ($2500 of this is non-refundable). The second payment is due upon lock-up and the third upon delivery and final walk through.
